How does the CQA program work and is it easy to implement?  How much will it cost?  Here are a few documents that will explain in more detail the CQA program, the Pre-employment Assessments and the cost for an annual license.

Finally, you’ll want to actually experience the online assessments. Click on the link and you’ll be taken to the testingport where you can take two of the three assessments, Personality and Cognitive.  Because the Attitudes assessment was designed only as a screening tool for pre-employment, we’re not able to allow current employees to take this assessment. In the Sample Questions above, you’ll see some of the questions that are on the assessment. Also, in the Sample Report above, you’ll see the results of the Attitudes section which measures honesty and integrity along with four other factors.
