"We love using the assessment! It has saved us from quite a few “bad hires”. We have discovered that if caregivers score below a certain percentage they tend to turnover quickly. When we are in a big hiring rush that self imposed cut off point has saved us from making some poor decisions. On a few occasions we’ve had an applicant interview really well, seem generally fantastic and score poorly on the assessment. If we go ahead and make the hire - we generally regret it.
I don’t have any data about just how much it’s saved us in hiring costs but anecdotally we certainly see a difference.
