As you know, the biggest barrier to growing your home care business is the caregiver shortage. There are just not enough caregivers to meet the growing needs of your aging clients.
To help you create new ways to find and keep caregivers, Leading Home Care … a Tweed Jeffries company has created the Caregiver Quality Assurance Program. Based on our proven Mastermind concept, we are organizing Caregiver Quality Mastermind Groups where companies can share ideas, solve problems, and support one another in finding and keeping caregivers.
To help you learn about Caregiver Quality Assurance, we are introducing the CQA Town Hall, a monthly Zoom meeting where we will be providing educational programs for you and your staff on the most current topics related to recruiting and retention.

The inaugural Caregiver Quality Town Hall will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 2:00 pm eastern time. Stephen Tweed, CEO of Leading Home Care and Founder of the Home Care CEO Forum will present an educational program on “Retaining Economically Fragile Caregivers.”
Our research shows that a significant majority of home care paid caregivers fall into this category of “economically fragile”. where the slightest change in their income causes major emotional stress and interferes with their ability to work. We have found that a significant number of no-show no-call and caregiver turnover is related to economic fragility. The more you understand this condition, the better you can build a company that attracts the best talent and reduces the stress and unexplained behavior of your caregivers.
